As a Therapy Program Manager (TPM) with SunDance, you will:

• Monitor admissions and treatment schedules
• Ensure efficient and effective operation of the rehab department
• Provide rehabilitation care compliance, clinical and billing documentation compliance
• Manage, supervise and assist in hiring all facility-based rehab staff

• Valid state license or equivalent in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) or a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited college or university
• Management experience preferred
