- Job Summary: Provides delivery of physical therapy services and supervision of ancillary services to patients in the home as perscribed by the attending physician.Education: Graduate from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid Oklahoma License as a Registered Physical Therapist by the State of Oklahoma. Valid Oklahoma Drivers License.Work Experience: 0-6 months experience.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective interpersonal skills, including communication and written. Basic computer skills.
