Millcreek of Arkansas is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Center for children and adolescents located in Fordyce, Arkansas. Located 70 miles south of Little Rock, we are situated on 37 acres in a cottage style setting serving 111 children ages 6 – 17. Our children come to us with a broad range of mental health disorders offering our clinical team members the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children every day.

Job Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or eligible for lisensure in the with supervision.
- Prefer at least one year experience in area of child/adolescent residential treatment.
- Must be flexible with work schedule to ensure efficient operations.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be licensed or have applied for license in the state of Arkansas.
