Balanced for Life is a comprehensive fall management program that uses a team approach to geriatric rehabilitation for patients with balance or vestibular dysfunction. Our skilled therapy team teaches sensory integration, adaptation and habituation techniques to treat patients with balance and vestibular dysfunction in the home setting.

We are currently looking for a PT or an OT for Rehab Specialty Director- to implement and coordinate our Balanced for Life program. Job Requirements
Must possess a Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Degree
2-3 years management experience in geriatrics, neurology, vestibular/balance or home health care
Frequent travel related to patient/family home visits, periodic office meetings, and consultation visit with members of the health care team and other members of the medical community. Must have a reliable transportation, current driver’s license and agency-required liability insurance.
This is a leadership position with business development, fiscal management and supervisory responsibilities.
