Highland Nursing and Rehab, a 38 bed Greystone Healthcare managed facility, has a fabulous opportunity for a driven, passionate, caring Physical Therapist to join our outstanding therapy team on a part-time basis. The Physical Therapist will assess the needs of all residents prescribed for treatment and develop and implement individual treatment plans. The ideal Physical Therapist will share our vision to provide the very best in patient care.

Job Requirements
If you’re a physical therapist licensed in the state of Indiana with at least a Bachelor’s degree, are registered by the American Physical Therapy Association, and have at least one year of experience in a skilled nursing facility, send us your resume.
