Physical Therapy Assistant - Outpatient Clinic
A very reputable, privately owned outpatient organization is looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapy Assistant. The company is owned by a Physical Therapist who truly runs a quality organization. The Physical Therapist owns four clinics in the local area that all have up-to-date equipment. They work with a mix of ages being very hands-on with the patients. The majority of the patients are post surgical and sports medicine and they also get a few workers' comp patients. The organization truly promotes quality one-on-one patient care using both manual techniques and their up-to-date equipment. The Physical Therapy Assistants are not micro managed and are encouraged to work very independently with their patients. The caseloads are very reasonable and you will be seeing patients through their entire continuity of care.
This is a Monday through Friday position and your workday ends at 1:30 on Fridays. The organization really promotes a strong family feel. The company offers their Physical Therapy Assistants very competitive salaries and full benefits packages.

* Valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant License or Ability to Apply for a Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Assistant License
* Solid Work History
* Good Work Ethic
* Outpatient Experience is Preferred But Not Necessary
* Experienced Physical Therapy Assistant is Preferred, but will consider a New Graduate with Quality Affiliations
