• The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled physical therapy services to the patient in his/her home, following the Plan of Care as developed by the Physical Therapist and prescribed by the physician, in compliance with 'Physical Therapy in the Hom
  e Health setting' regulation as established by the state and Medicare, JCAHO standards, policies and procedures of Saint Luke's Health System Home Care and Hospice. The Physical Therapist Assistant recommends patient care interventions to other members of the health care team to contribute to the rehabilitation process. Requires an associates degree in PT
