The Clinical Ladder Program is an optional process that you may choose to guide your professional growth to the benefit of you and your patients. This program recognizes your accomplishments through a series of clinical enhancement opportunities. Realization of achievements are rewarded through increased compensation and opportunities to guide and mentor others. The ProStep Clinical Ladder is designed for you, the life long learner, striving for clinical excellence, and desiring a critical role in Revolutionizing Post Acute Therapy!
Our Mentorship Program is just one of the many tangible ways that ProStep encourages your development. As a new graduate or experienced therapist new to geriatric care, ProStep provides the opportunity to learn alongside an experienced geriatric clinician of your discipline. Practice sessions to review evaluation procedures, documentation standards, and clinical interventions may be scheduled during your work day to ease your transition and provide resources for growth and encouragement.
ProStep mentors are chosen based on clinical experience and successful service. By acting as a mentor, strong clinicians become stronger through teaching and team building. Mentorship is a great way to give back to the profession and impact recipients of care with a healing touch beyond the reach of your hands.

Job Requirements
NEW GRADUTES are welcome to apply
STATUS: Full-time, part-time or per diem. Non-exempt position.
EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Experience in inpatient subacute rehabilitation preferred.
SPECIAL EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a current OHIO license to practice.
