Physical Therapy Employment

Job Summary:
 
To provide Physical Therapy treatment programs established by the Physical
Therapist.


Essential Duties:

1.  Provide patient treatment plans and protocols.
2.  Completes patient care documentation.
3.  Participates in homecare teams and programs to insure the highest quality and efficient delivery of quality care.
5.  Provides education to patients/family, other team members, employers, caregivers and other individuals/organizations within the community setting.
6.  Demonstrates the willingness to further education benefiting the work place.
7.  Performs value-added activities that result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction.
8.  Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited/certified School for Physical Therapy Assistants approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and/or
'grandfathered' in as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
 
 
License/Certification:

• Must be licensed and maintain licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Nebraska.


• Must possess valid NE driver's license and vehicle to provide services to patient homes.


• CPR certification with in 3 months of employment.


• Required Experience: No prior experience required.
