Job Description
PT-Provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload. Participates in the clinical team process. Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff. Involvement in clinical program development. Supervises other therapists, assistants, aides and students as required.
PTA-Assists in the provision of screens, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist. Participates in the clinical team process. Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff. Participates in clinical program development.
Job Requirements
PT-Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Current licensure by the applicable state agency. Current membership in professional organizations preferred.
PTA-Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
Current licensure by the applicable state agency where required.
