Physical Therapy Employment

Following physician’s orders, evaluates and treats all patients referred to physical therapy.  Responsible for charting patient evaluation, treatment and progress as well as communicating patient status to physician and other appropriate hospital staff.  Oversees physical therapy assistants and technicians.  Provides patient and family education. 

• Registry outpatient position.

• B.S. degree.
• Graduate of accredited physical therapy school. 
• Licensed in State of Illinois. 
• CPR certification. 
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
