PT - Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility

A local Skilled Nursing Facility is looking for a full time Physical Therapist which features both long term care and short term rehab. The population is a mix of Medicaid/ Med A/ Med B and managed care patients. They do utilize electronic documentation, ACP. They do have reasonable productivity expectations and documentation time is built into the day. The Director is very flexible in hours that the Therapist can work, 8-4, 9-5, 10-6.
