We’re seeking Physical Therapists for Grand Prairie Health and Rehabilitation Center located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. We offer unparalleled career opportunities and our rehab services include the most progressive approaches with impressive clinical outcomes.
FACILITY SPECS:
Building is virtually new (less than 10 years old)
Dedicated 39 bed sub-acute rehab wing with separate entrance.
98.5% of sub-acute admissions are sent home or to an assisted living facility. Dining and lounge
Flexible schedule for clinicians
Large, state of the art rehab gym with nautilus exercise equipment
Staff includes: Experienced PT staff (the other PT has over 20 years experience), 3 full-time PTAs and 5 PRN staff members to assist when caseloads dictate.
Close to 2 hospitals
Near I-94 (local interstate that connects Chicago to Milwaukee
30 minute drive to Milwaukee, 45-60 minute drive to downtown Chicago
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess:
• Appropriate degree in Physical Therapy
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Licensure (or eligibility) in state
The ideal candidate will have a desire to work with geriatric patients in a skilled care environment. SNF experience a plus.
