Physical Therapist
Care Service of Illinois is one of the largest rehabilitation organizations in the country providing therapy, private duty nursing and wellness services in Florida, Illinois, and Texas. Our mission is to become the premier provider of rehabilitation and therapeutic services in each market.
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for patient assessment, planning of care and discharge planning. the therapist will provide necessary intervention, treatment, documentation, and professional clinical team development at any site. You will implement high quality physical therapy services to all patients.
Essential Job Functions:
· Plan and carry out each individual progressive treatment programs
· Attend and contribute to patient staffing and reviews
· Evaluate and treat patients
· Develop creative therapy treatment programs
· Provide consultation to the nursing services in the area of activities and daily living.
Job Requirements
· Must be registered and in good standing in the state
· One (1) year of clinical experience; outpatient rehabilitation environment preferred
· Posses knowledge of principles and practices of physical therapy
