Job Requirements
Summary of Qualifications
1. Candidate MUST be a graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program.
2. Candidate must possess a current license to practice or be eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
3. Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.
4. Must meet health assessment requirements, including TST.
5. Must be capable of performing the essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
6. Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
