As a Physical Therapist you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family physical therapy needs. The PT will maintain documentation on patient treatments, and directs the work of Certified Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides. In addition, the PT will address educational needs for patients, families, and other health care providers; manage patient care assignments as well as other organizational tasks related to patient and departmental operations; acts in a clinical leadership role; applies knowledge of growth and development in patient interactions; perform other related duties as needed.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree with graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Must hold a current KY license to practice physical therapy
  • CPR Certification
  • Must maintain active KY Physical Therapy licensure
