Physical Therapy Employment

Department: Inpatient & Outpatient Rehabilitation Services - Home Care - Senior Living Services 

Shift: Days.  Positions available include those with Alternating weekends or holidays and also those with No weekends or holidays

Summary:

Physical Therapist positions (full and part time) are available in the areas of Inpatient & Outpatient Therapy, Home Care and our newly expanded Senior Living Facilities. Duties include responsibilities for the evaluation and treatment of patients with physical disabilities.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current Illinois Licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 2 Years Experience Preferred but not required.
• Public health or previous home care experience desirable for Home Care positions.
