Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Position
A privately owned Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic is looking to add another Occupational Therapist to their team who will work in one of their satellite Outpatient clinics. This is a great opportunity for therapists to work in a small knit atmosphere, and experience more quality time with patients, while still maintaining the consistency and solid foundation from the larger healthcare system. They have excellent relationships with the local doctors and surgeons.
The Occupational Therapist / OT position will be responsible for managing a primarily Orthopedic Outpatient population, with a varying patient population. This is a full-time position with some flexibility around the days/schedule.
The staff consists of seasoned therapists who are personable, dynamic, and welcoming, and they are excited to hire a newer therapist who can bring a fresh and creative outlook on treatment programs. The Clinic Manager is an Occupational Therapist / OT who will be there on a full-time basis to serve as the therapist's primary mentor. The organization works one-on-one with new graduates to develop clinical competencies necessary to deliver the highest level of patient care, and they do this by providing a gradual increase to a full caseload dependent on individual therapist's comfort level.

Job Requirements
Valid IL Occupational Therapy License
Strong relevant clinical affiliations and/or work history
Good Work Ethic, and demonstrated desire to learn and grow professionally.
Personable with a positive attitude
