Job Description:
Arizona Licensed Physical Therapist for Outpatient Rehabilitation and the Muhammed Ali Parkinson's Center. Evaluation and Treatment of neurological conditions in adults and, adolescents. If experienced in pediatrics, evaluation and treatment of children will be included. Must have current BLS. Experience in outpatient based therapy services is preferred. Reports to Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services.
Setting is a very busy Outpatient Rehabilitation facility with CARF-accredited programs. Caseload is a combination of single and multi-service patients, with a focus on a interdiciplinary team approach.

BA/BS - Graduate of Physical Therapy Program
License/Registration/Certification:
Physical Therapy License and Certification
CPR
