Physical Therapy Employment

Plans, develops and documents physical therapy services rendered to patient with written prescription using the current available techniques, modalities and equipment under supervision of physical therapist. 

Registry Outpatient position.

• Associate’s degree. 
• Graduate from American Physical Therapy Association (A.P.T.A.) training program. 
• CPR certification. 
• Illinois licensure/eligibility. 
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
