This facility is looking for Occupational/Physical Therapist with hand therapy or womens health experience interested in developing other hand therapists, and partaking in program development. This organization is growing by leaps and bounds – In 2006 they had 26 clinics, today they have 90 clinics.  Although it is a large organization as a whole, all clinics are run independently have a small, “mom and pop" feel to it.    They are one of the leading outpatient clinics in the area, looking to open another 15 clinics in Maryland this coming year.  All clinics are state-of –the-art with very strong IT technology.  They work with land, aquatic, sports, ortho, work conditioning, hand therapy, women’s health, etc.  Hours are extremely flexible.  Therapists meet monthly to discuss issues, and the Clinic Director will meet with Staff every quarter for a review.
