Job Description
A reputable and established healthcare system North of Boston is looking for either a Physical Therapist / PT to work in their well-run and busy Outpatient clinic. The PT will be responsible for working with mostly orthopedic adult patient populations. The clinic also has programs related to arthritis, hand therapy, and sports medicine and training programs. There are 5 clinicians on-staff, plus rehab aides and additional support staff for scheduling, billing and charting. Little to no use of PT Assistants, thereby allowing Physical Therapists to follow their own caseloads and patient's progress.
The clinic houses a large wide open gym space, with individual treatment rooms/areas, many treatment tables, and comprehensive equipment and modalties. Patients are booked every 30 minutes (treatments/follow-ups), and evaluations would be 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the diagnoses. No double booking occurs unless patients with similar diagnoses are able to be booked together. More often than not, the therapists are able to document while treating since they are single booked. This organization has strived to maintain patient consistency and quality care, and do not feel they can represent this mission unless therapists are able to build rapport with their patients through quality one-on-one time.
They have seasoned therapists currently working in the clinic who are able to mentor and train, therefore, the facility is more than willing and able to consider new graduates!

Job Requirements
* * Valid MA License, or eligibility to apply for licensure.
*Experience preferred, but will consider new graduates with strong and relevant clinical affiliations. Great mentorship program.
* Demonstrated work history; positive attitude and demeanor
* Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Demonstrate desire to grow clinically and professionally.
