Community Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America, Inc. is currently looking for Physical Therapist's to perform home visits in the Harford County area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing home therapy care, reporting to the Supervisor, updating and reviewing patient charts, communicating with physicians on patients progress, and educating patients on home care procedures.

Job Requirements
1. Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy.
2. Current Maryland Physical Therapy License.
3. At least two years of experience.
4. Home care experience not required, but preferred.
