Physical Therapist / PT
NurseCore, a national home health and staffing agency, has exciting opportunities for Physical Therapists for home health clients and facilities!
As a Per Diem Therapist you will provide treatment as prescribed by an authorized practitioner in accordance with our agency policies and procedures, you will develop and update Plans of Care for clients, including treatment goals and will perform client visits in the home and/or facility as directed by the Plan of Care.
Per Diem Therapists will report directly to the Agency's Clinical Director.

Job Requirements
- Current State License
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervised setting
