Job Requirements
Physical Therapist / PT
* Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
* Current CPR certification.
* Physical Exam and PPD or Chest X-ray within the past year.
* Solid work history.
* Three professional therapy references.
* Must pass a company-paid Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
