As a Physical Therapist in our nursing home environments, you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties, ranging from direct care of the residents in the facility to the managment of various Physical Therapy duties.  We do provide our PTs with access to outstanding work environments throughout the state, as well as a comprehensive package of excellent pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
 

• Assists in the development process as needed or directed.  
• Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations.
• Develops short-term and long-term goals and treatment plan.

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or license eligible in states where applicable.
