A PT-run private practice in Boston is looking to add a Physical Therapist / PT to their dynamic team. This well-established organization has an excellent and long-standing reputation in the community, and affiliations with some of Boston's most well-recognized academic medical centers. The clinic treats adults and high school age patient populations, and the caseload will consist of sports medicine, orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses. Therapists utilize hands-on therapy techniques, and the clinic features plenty of space, treatment areas, state-of-the-art equipment and additional room for expansion. The staff consists of a dynamic team, friendly and approachable mixed with a good variety of seasoned and newer therapists. The organization uses PT Assistants very minimally, allowing the Physical Therapist / PT to the freedom to handle patient case load independently. Each therapist is provided with their own computer and laptop. All documentation is electronic, and time to document patient notes is allotted into the therapists' day. No weekend requirement, and minimal evening hours required. This a great learning environment - truly conducive to interdisciplinary communication, as regular meetings are scheduled to ensure consistent communication and collaboration. They have the desire and resources to provide individual-based orientation, training, and mentoring programs. Future opportunities exist for therapists to move into supervisory or specialist roles if desired.

Job Requirements
*Valid MA license, or ability to apply.
*Must possess warm, friendly, good-natured demeanor with a customer service oriented attitude.
*Must be dynamic and fun-loving, devoted and enthusiastic, as well as able to motivate others.
*At least one year of Outpatient Ortho experience is preferred; may consider strong new grads with relevant clinical affiliations.
