Then, please consider reading....a well-established Home Care organization located South of Boston is expanding, and looking to add full-time, part-time, and/or per visit Physical Therapist (s) / PT to their dynamic team. They are looking for therapists specifically to cover towns in Bristol county, including Swansea, Somerset, New Bedford, Dartmouth, Fall River, Seekonk, and Rehoboth. Therapists who live in the northern part of Bristol county can also cover Attleboro, North Attleboro, Easton, Northon, Mansfield, and Foxborough. Towns covered will be based on where the PT resides. Therapists are provided with a caseload to cover patients in/around their residence, as well as 2-3 neighboring towns. Productivity is incredibly reasonable, and varies depending on full time or part time, and also is based upon # of patients and distance covered on any given day. Physical Therapists without Homecare experience are encouraged to apply, as this company will provide training and mentorship!
This opportunity is a great position for therapists who are looking for stable hours and a regular schedule, but are looking to earn a per visit / per diem rate, as this company pays the "per visit" rate whether the PT is electing benefits or not!!!
And still, therapists who work 15+ hours - whether "per visit" or "part time" - are eligible for partial benefits, INCLUDING CELL PHONE AND MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT!

Job Requirements
* Valid MA license, or eligibility to apply for licensure
* At least 1 year of experience is preferred - However, company will train Physical Therapists who do not necessarily have Homecare experience.
* Communicative, team-oriented, and has a desire to grow professionally.
* Must have excellent time management skills, and possess ability to work well in both autonomous and interdisciplinary settings.
