Job Description
A well-established homecare organization is experiencing a tremendous amount of growth, and looking to add full-time, part-time and/or per diem Physical Therapists to their dynamic rehab team. The Physical Therapist / PT will be responsible for working with adult and geriatric patient populations; evaluating and implementing treatment programs related to mostly orthopedic diagnoses.
This organization covers towns South of Boston, specifically in Norfolk, Bristol, and Plymouth (western) county. They will build the caseload to cover neighboring towns around where the therapist resides. Productivity is very reasonable, averaging about 5 patients/day (full time), but can flex down depending on how far the PT has to travel on any given day. Mileage reimbursement, as well as cell phone reimbursement, is provided to both permanent AND per-visit Physical Therapists. Additionally, they offer benefits for employees working 15+ hours per week, as well the ability to provide a set schedule / guaranteed hours for therapists who are paid per visit (if desired). If you are Physical Therapist / PT who desires the flexibility to schedule patients when it is most convenient for you, while still having the stability of a permanent position and earning top dollar, this is the company you! This organization will even train therapists who do not have Homecare experience! Staff consists of seasoned clinicians who are available for mentorship.

Job Requirements
*Valid MA PT license
*At least 1 year of prior experience is preferred. Will train therapists who do not have Homecare experience!
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Ability to function well in autonomous enviroment, as well as interdisciplinary and team-oriented settings.
