JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To provide rehabilitation services including evaluation and treatment in an acute care setting
• Wellness programming, and medical support to patients of all ages, and communities served by Columbia-St. Mary'sHospitals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
• American Heart Association-Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
• Pay Rate: $35.00 (standard pool rate)
