Columbia St. Mary's, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is comprised of four hospitals: Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Columbia, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee, and Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Institute, as well as 39 primary care clinics, the Columbia College of Nursing, and a partnership with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin. The system serves Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Sheboygan counties, with more than 158 years of service. In 2006 and 2007, Columbia St. Mary’s was named a Solucient Top 100 Hospital. - To provide rehabilitation services including evaluation and treatment in an acute care setting
- Wellness programming, and medical support to patients of all ages, and communities served by Columbia-St. Mary'sHospitals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
- American Heart Association-Healthcare Provider CPR certification required
- Pay Rate: $35.00 (standard pool rate)
