Full Time Opportunities with Sign-On Bonuses
The professional therapy team at Saint Joseph-ANC Home Care is adding some new Rehabilitation team members to its Therapy staff in Lexington, KY.
All team members are offered competitive pay, bonus eligibility, 401k, paid time off, and weekly pay checks. Medical benefits are based on hours worked.
Physical Therapist - Up to $10,000 Sign On Bonus:
Develops and implements the home care plan for the physical rehabilitation of clients under the direct supervision of the attending physician and the rehabilitation supervisor.
Requirements:
PTA - Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus:
Follows s the treatment plan and assists clients in their therapeutic and physical rehabilitation, under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
Requirements:

Associates degree from an accredited school approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Currently licensed to practice in the state of Kentucky.

One-year of physical therapy experience preferred. Home care experience preferred.
