The Physical Therapist ( PT ) will:

• Use discretion and independent judgement

• Plan, organize, develop, administer, direct, and supervise Physical Therapy services

• Will provide direct patient care.

The Physical Therapy Assistant ( PTA )will:

• Reports to Lead Rehab Therapist
• Assists directly and indirectly with the delivery of physical therapy services

• Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Successful completion of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of which he or she will practice

• A positive energetic professional

• CPR certification required.

Physical Therapy Assistant Requirments:

• Valid state license
• Registration or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant upon graduation from an approved curriculum for Physical Therapy Assistants
• Passed a national examination for Physical Therapy Assistants certified by the CAPTE
• CPR qualified or complete training.
