The High Point agency is seeking Physical Therapists for full-time and part-time positions, with Home Health experience, and is patient-driven. Must be licensed as a Physical Therpist to practice in the state of North Carolina. Must be computer literate, a team player, able to work some weekends (occassionaly), as needed. Knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
Home Health Professionals is a Central North Carolina agency with 7 locations, working with RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs (etc...) in 26 counties. The High Point agency serves clients in the following counties: Guilford, Alamance, Davidson, Forsyth, Randolph & Rockingham. Job Requirements
- Must be a graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the American Physical Therapy Associaton.
- Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Home Health experience preferred.
