A reputable outpatient clinic is looking to add another Physical Therapist to their team. This outpatient clinic is regionally recognized as one of the best places to work and fosters an excellent learning environment.
The Physical Therapist / PT position will be responsible for managing a primarily Orthopedic Outpatient population, with patients' ages ranging from adolescent to active geriatric. The clinic maintains a very reasonable caseload with each therapist seeing two to three patients per hour. There are great resources, up-to-date equipment, and support available. The Director encourages program development and creativity in the treatment plans.
This is a great opportunity for therapists to work in a small knit atmosphere, and experience more quality time with patients, while still maintaining the consistency and solid foundation. Team consists of experienced Physical Therapists able to mentor new grads, and will consistently work one-on-one to develop clinical competencies and gradually increase caseload to fit therapist's comfort level.
