We are currently working with a local hospital system that has one open position in Outpatient Ortho for a Physical Therapist / PT. This is a newer site with updated equipment, state-of-the-art technology, plenty of space, and land and aquatic therapy programs. The PT will be responsible for carrying an ortho caseload consisting of adult and geriatric patient populations. Clinic provides services for patient populations consisting of, but not limited to: ortho, hips, knees, sports medicince, amputees, women's health, burns, vestibular, balance, CVA, multiple trauma, TBI, etc. The Physical Therapist / PT will experience a reasonable productivity expectation where patients are scheduled once per hour for initial evaluations, and 30 - 45 minutes for treatments/follow-ups depending on the diagnoses. Patients are NOT double booked. Documentation time is alloted into the therapists schedule, 1 hour per day, not including lunch. There will be more time in the beginning to allow for learning the system and transitiong to processes and billing.
The schedule is Monday through Friday. There are at least two evenings until 6:00pm required per week. Facility will consider part time employees (one evening required), with benefits being available for those employees who work 20 hours or more.
This is a truly interdisciplinary opportunity to work with a great group of therapists while truly providing quality one on one patient care. There are also specialty teams within healthcare system that offer opportunities for continuing education and seminars, allowing therapists to branch out and acquire additional skills not practiced regularly. Staff consists of seasoned therapists who have been with the organization for 10+ years. This organization experiences MINIMAL turn-over. Opportunities exist for therapists to advance into management positions down the road.
Facility will consider new graduates! There is plenty of support available, and the organization offers a strong training program. New therapists / new grads are paired with Clinical Specialists to help develop their skill sets and competencies in these areas, and experience a gradual increase in carrying a full caseload depending on their clinical competencies.

Job Requirements
* Valid MA PT licensure, or ability to apply for licensure/board exam.
*Will consider new grads with relevant clinical rotations in Outpatient Ortho settings.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work autonomously, as well as in collaborative team-oriented environments.
* Demonstrated reliability and thoroughness in previous positions held with professional references to verify.
*Strong and relevant clinical affiliations
