Hours:  M-F (will wk 2 of the days schduled until 7p.m.)

Certification Required- Licensure Required- Experience is required

JOB DESCRIPTION:  FULL OR PART TIME OPPORTUNITY

• To provide rehabilitation services, wellness programming, and medical support to patients of all ages, and communities served by Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin.
• To provide service excellence to all patients, family members, and stakeholders within CSM.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
• American Heart Association-Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with CSM policies.
