Columbia St. Mary's, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is comprised of four hospitals: Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Columbia, Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Ozaukee, and Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Institute, as well as 39 primary care clinics, the Columbia College of Nursing, and a partnership with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin. JOB DESCRIPTION: FULL OR PART TIME OPPORTUNITY
- To provide rehabilitation services, wellness programming, and medical support to patients of all ages, and communities served by Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin.
- To provide service excellence to all patients, family members, and stakeholders within CSM.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current State of Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
- American Heart Association-Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record in accordance with CSM policies.
