Position Objective: To identify, evaluate and provide therapy for children, birth to age 8 with developmental delays and disabilities, through a family centered team approach.


Position Duties: Work with physical therapy team as well as multidisciplinary team members in the provision of evaluations, assessments and therapy services to children from infancy to age eight and their families within a center-based or community environment. Knowledge of typical and atypical development, sensory integration, and intervention strategies specific to this age group as well as the ability to work collaboratively with families and team members is required.

Education/Experience:
BA/BS in Physical Therapy and State of Illinois registry.
