Day Hours - Monday through Friday
We are seeking a PT Physical Therapist to work in Barry. Oregon, Texas, Wright, Howell and Ozark Counties and a PRN Physical Therapist to work in Laclede and Pulaski Counties.
Position Description: To provide in-home evaluation, direction, and application of physical therapy services to relieve pain, develop, or restore function, and/or maintain maximum physical performance of patient. Requires one year Physical Therapy experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provides in-home evaluation, direction, and application of therapy services.
- Observes, records, and reports reaction to treatment and any changes in patient's condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Provides on going instruction, counseling and supervision of patient, family and other health team personnel in the Plan of Care and methods of assisting the patient.
