Details: Physical Therapist Assistant – PTA Hillsdale, Michigan Full-time 36 – 40 hours Agility Health is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work with our rehab team at the outpatient clinic in Hillsdale, MI. The hospital has an offsite outpatient center that provides services to the surrounding communities. There is a great team of therapists in place that provide a fun team atmosphere. The schedule for this position would be Monday – Friday with a weekend rotation. Newer graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply, as this team can provide an excellent mentoring opportunity. Outpatient experience either clinical or actual is preferred, but not required. This position offers a full benefits package. Job Summary: Frazier Rehab Institute (FRI) is a comprehensive rehabilitation system with more than 20 locations throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana, providing therapy in acute care settings for inpatient and outpatient rehab needs. Patients span the age range from infancy to geriatrics with a wide variety of diagnoses which include neurologic (spinal cord injury, brain injury and stroke), amputations, multiple trauma, orthopaedic, arthritis, cardiopulmonary, congenital, developmental, degenerative, and general medical cases. Qualifications: One year related experience preferred. Essential Duties: This position is responsible for evaluating, planning and administering physical therapy in order to restore and improve patient’s functioning. This role may provide care to various patient populations including pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatrics.
