Willow Creek Rehabilitation and Care Center in Somerset New Jersey (on the border of New Brunswick) seeks a physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist ( CF candidates welcome), physical therapy assistant, and certified occupational therapy assistant for their innovative, in-house, skilled nursing/subacute Premier Therapy program.

Willow Creek is a 180 bed facility with a separate subacute wing and brain trauma unit. It is well-managed with a great team of therapists.
At Willow Creek, we offer our S.T.A.R. (Specialized Therapy and Rehabilitation) program which is a separate, attractive environment for the sub-acute and complex short-term care patient. We are committed to promoting independent living by improving patients overall quality of life in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
