Description:
Achievement Therapy Services is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists for part time and full-time employment.
Caseloads cover clients 0-21 years of age, location and type of clients served dependant on therapists' area of interest and location around greater Phoenix. Rural areas available upon request.

Job Requirements
Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist and Speech Therapist
Requirements:
- We provide home/natural environment and school based therapy services to the pediatric population 0-21 years old.
- Therapists are required to have reliable means of transportation, a contact phone number and fax machine is recommended.
- Personal and professional skills include the following
- self-starter
- organized
- time management skills
- friendly and personable
- enjoy children and the benefits of play in treatment planning.
- Educational requirement are dependent on the type of therapist applying;
- SLP-Bachelors degree enrolled in a Masters program, Masters degree with or pending CCC's), OTR & RPT- Bachelors degree and COTA- Associates degree required.
- State and national certification and licensure required as well as CPR/First Aid.
