* Hutchinson area skilled nursing facility. OT full time or part time needed in Hutchinson.

 * Marion in central Kansas- PT - full time or  part time  in hospital, outpatient clinic, and skilled nursing.  Some patients in Moundridge and McPherson.  
 * McPherson in central Kansas- OT -  full time hospital based with inpatient and  outpatient.

 
Missouri

* Osage Beach - Lake of the Ozarks resort area in central MO -  Staff OT or OT Rehab Director - hospital/outpt/home health. OT traveler.  PT or PTA inpatient / acute.  
* Camdenton - Lake of the Ozarks resort area in central MO- PTA outpt clinic

Oklahoma
* Vinita OK hospital based inpt, outpt, SNF and HH.  Full time position in northeast OK between Tulsa OK and Joplin MO.

Texas
* Dalhart, TX hospital, outpatient, peds, and skilled nursing - TX panhandle location.  PT Rehab Director, OT or OTA (full time/part time and PRN), OT traveler,  PRN PT or PTA.
