Join our team and share your skills and talents with the nation's leading provider of healthcare services.  The Orthopaedic Tech is a key member of the physician practice and performs a variety of duties including the application and removal of casts, ordering supplies and materials, fitting of orthopedic soft goods, setting up of traction and the transportation of patients to and from treatment areas.  Duties include but are not limited to:• Provide assistance to physicians and/or apply orthopedic casts to patients as directed by medical staff personnel.• Apply and/or remove braces, splints, artificial limbs and bandages under supervision;• Assist in lifting and positioning patients for treatments;• Assist in transporting patients to and from treatment areas;• Perform routine maintenance on casting equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety;• Set up frames and traction devices per physicians' orders;• Order casting and orthopedic supplies and materials as needed and maintain adequate inventory and records of supplies ordered;• Serve as liaison with sales representatives to review and evaluate products;• Perform other duties as required.• Must read, understand, and adhere to all Physician Services policies and procedures.• Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct and Mission and Value Statement.

This plant has expanded their capacity to meet increasing market demands.  They have an ultra clean modern facility and a team of highly skilled machinists.  Our client offers low cost healthcare, vision and dental insurance.  They also offer life, short and long term disability insurance.  They have a 401K with company match and many more benefits.  This corporation has a relocation assistance program helping associates to transition to their area. We are searching for highly technical candidates with strong machining skills and leadership skills.  We are looking for candidates who have worked in a regulated environment requiring quality and part traceability.  Interested candidates should come from a medial, aerospace, nuclear, department of defense and/or automotive environment.  Candidates will need strong documentation, planning, scheduling, follow up and communication skills.  The Machining Supervisor will schedule machine plan throughput, assign work, track production, ensure procedures, track/monitor production metrics, maintain employee records and ensure delivery.  Past experience monitoring customer requirements, real time production data, metrics and throughput is needed.  This department has 3 axis machining centers / mills, multi axis CNC lathes and swiss turn CNC lathes.  We are searching for hands on technical CNC machining skills.  Interested candidates will need a good understanding feeds, speeds, surface finish, cutting tool applications and the ability to read CNC code.  This position requires the ability to work closely with machinists to resolve production issues.  Knowledge of quality measuring hands tools and gauges is needed.  The ideal candidates will come from a fast paced environment and have the ability to change and adapt.  We are searching for high energy motivated and promotable candidates. MUST HAVE:  5 years of experience managing a multi axis CNC machining department and strong planning skills.  Candidates with an Associates or Bachelors degree are preferred, however, not required.  Past hands on CNC machining and cutting tool experience is needed, CNC programming or editing is a huge plus.  Experience documenting production data, metrics and employee records is required.  The ideal candidate will need strong problem solving skills and experience developing action plans. Go to www.MRGCareers.com for current job openings.
