Interim is seeking a Licensed/Certified Physical Therapy Assistant to work in Oak Park and surrounding suburbs. This person is responsible for delivering physical therapy care, to patients/clients as directed by the Physical Therapist, the Physician's plan of care.

Job Requirements
- Graduate from (2) two year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and licensed/certified to practice in the state of Illinois.
- 2 years accumulated experience within the last 5 years.
- Must be atleast 18 years of age.
- Meets applicable health requirements to provide patient/client care.
- Meets the requirement of federal and/or state criminal & abuse background checks.
