Job Description
The PHYSICAL THERAPIST assumes a leadership role on the patient care teams. This individual will identify patient care needs, design and monitor the patient’s progress, and provide direct patient care. The therapist will also participate in staff management, cost management, and professional practice activities. Additionally, the position models responsible team membership.

Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s, Master, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure:
Current physical therapy license in WV. Maintains CEUs for licensure renewal.
Certification:
Current CPR certification.
Experience:
May be a recent graduate with limited clinical experience.
Skills/Other: Demonstrates knowledge base and skill in providing age specific care. Possesses team focused attributes.
