IL
* East Moline, IL (Quad Cities) skilled nursing facility. Beautiful new facility with a growing therapy practice. SLP CCC part time
MN
* Annandale/Dassel skilled nursing facilities. PRN or part time PT. PRN OT Dassel only. Located south of St Cloud / northwest of Minneapolis.
NE
* Oakland / Lyons NE skilled nursing facilities and hospital. OTA part time 2 days per wk. Located in eastern NE north of Omaha.
* Omaha and Louisville, NE skilled nursing facilities. PT full time position 30 - 40 hrs per wk or part time M- F 1p- 5p.
ND
* Dickinson ND hospital and outpatient clinic. PT full time. Located in western ND along I-94
* Dickinson ND skilled nursing facility. PT and PTA full time - includes some home health. Located in western ND along I-94

Job Requirements
Must be eligible for state therapy licensure and a graduate of an accredited therapy school
