Physical Therapy Employment

 Responsible for the independent delivery of skilled therapy intervention and treatments in the patient’s home.

• This care includes appropriate utilization of treatment plans and assessment skills, monitoring of patient status, progress towards goals and compliance with physician’s orders.
• Coordinates, provides and directs patient teaching activities.
• Possesses good interpersonal and teamwork skills and practices within the guidelines regulated by the South Carolina Physical Therapy Practice Act and Home Health, Inc. policies and procedures.

• Graduate of an approved school of Therapy and currently licensed in the state of South Carolina with recent experience in a hospital or rehabilitation facility.
• Capable of independently providing safe, quality patient care.
• Position requires good verbal and written communication skills and good organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment skills and critical thinking are essential.
