Job Description
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm; Occasional Weekend
This position is located at our Home Health office in Roanoke, VA.

Basic Function: Provides physical therapy assessments, evaluations, and treatments to patients of all ages in their homes in accordance with the physician’s written orders. Treats patients to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and to maintain maximum function.
Job Requirements
Education: Graduate of approved school of Physical Therapy required.
Experience: Must have one (1) year of experience in physical therapy. Home Health experience preferred.
Licensure/Registration: Licensed physical therapist in the State of Virginia required. Valid Virginia drivers license. Must have CPR certification.
Other Minimum Qualifications Required: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as interaction with internal and external customers is part of job duties. Clear criminal record check.
