Physical Therapy Employment

To provide physical therapy in a community setting, including health maintenance, rehabilitation, and health promotion utilizing industry standards for physical therapy practice. We follow professional standards, Indiana State Department of Health Professional Practice Acts and function in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and accreditation standards

Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus based on previous experience.

Educational Requirements

Graduated from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Association with current Indiana license or proof of application

Experience

One year experience required

Working knowledge of current Physical Therapy standards of practice, treatments, and procedures required.
