We are offering a Part Time/Per Diem (with potential growth to Full Time) staff level opportunity to a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist for our Hand Therapist position in Salt Lake City, UT.
**Must be a CHT- Certified Hand Therapist**
Program Overview:
Orthopedic/Sports Medicine based program in a large 16,000 sq ft clinic w/ exercise area and full gym. Therapist will work directly with on-site sports medicine physicians to develop clinical programs. Therapist will also help coordinate community based programs such as athlete performance training, high school athletics, and pro sports teams.
The clinic is located in Holladay Utah, within 20 minutes to world class snow skiing at eight major ski resorts. It is a 4 hour drive to Moab UT, Zions, or Jackson Hole.

Job Requirements
- Must be a CHT- Certified Hand Therapist
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Current license or eligibility as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist
- Experience with adult or geriatric population is preferred
